GOTO 5G

5G is already around the corner, faster to market than expected. Every previous generation of mobile networks have made a big impact on society, business and people and it is likely 5G will do that as well. The telecom vendors are as always preaching about the importance of the next generation mobile networks and the importance of moving fast. 5G is no exception but it is different in one way since it comes with a number of different new capabilities beyond more capacity like low latency, higher data rate and reduction in network energy use. While previous generations primarily supported growing number of devices using much more data and the fixed to wireless transformation, 5G is supposed to support industrial needs better and topics like Private Mobile Networks are currently very hot. Another trend in the mobile industry is to follow the development in IT with standard hardware running specific software, open APIs and creation of true ecosystems to develop and deliver services.

Needless to say it is about time to get on top of 5G and therefore we run our first Get-On-Top-Of™ 5G event at THINGS.

If you feel this is of importance to you and your company this is a great opportunity to get on top of 5G where people who are in the middle of the development will share their experience and insight. You will be able to see the presentations on our YouTube channel afterwards but if you want to meet and discuss with the presenters and the other attendees you need to get one of our few tickets.

Get On Top Of™ EVENT SERIES

At THINGS we have taken on the task to rapidly get relevant individuals on top of hot and talked about technologies just around the corner. Our Get On Top Of™ event series aims to give you a rapid understanding of what the technology actually is, what it can be used for and how to get going. On stage, you'll find people from THINGS member companies who are knowledgeable, have actual experience and also understand that you don't inspire people with a sales pitch. We are inviting attendees from THINGS Enterprise Circle and Member companies who, by using their promo code, gets free access to the physical event at THINGS Event space (limited to 50 attendees). If you are not yet a member, but would like to attend, a limited number of tickets are available for purchase (700 SEK). On-site attendees with tickets will experience the presentations live and participate in the excellent business mingle before and after the presentations. All others can access the presentations for free on our YouTube channel, THINGS - Innovation Growhouse.

Note:
* Tickets booked but not used by members might be invoiced as no-show, as it stops others from attending.
* Non-members registering with a members only promo code will be invoiced the ticket cost.

We always offer a bite and a drink during these events and warmly welcome everyone who wants to sponsor this, or have a standing table for demos. Contact us at event@thingstockholm.com

Doors open at 17:30 and presentations starts around 18:00 and continues for about 90 minutes followed by the business mingle until latest 21:00.
